FenFit! routines are professionally choreographed with fun dance steps and jazz moves that deliver a strong and challenging workout while eliminating boring and repetitious exercise. Designed to burn calories, increase cardiovascular-respiratory fitness, and improve muscular strength and toning, FenFit! provides great music and enthusiastic, fully trained A.F.L.C.A. instructors to keep you highly motivated throughout this exhilarating 90 minute low/moderate impact aerobic dance program.
